Molak Owner – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the Molak Owner mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Who we are

The App is operated by the Molak Owner development team. For privacy questions or requests, contact: molak.app@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect or store:

• Account data: phone number and/or email address used to sign in (via Firebase Authentication), display name, company name, and owner identifier.
• Property management data: properties, units, tenant names and contact details, rent amounts and payment records, maintenance requests, notes, and contract-related files you upload.
• Location data (optional): map coordinates you choose when setting a property location on the map.
• Device and app data: information needed for sign-in security (Firebase App Check), local preferences, and scheduled local notifications on your device.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is intended for property owners and their authorized users.

How we use information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the App (sign-in, sync, storage, notifications you enable)
• Let you manage your rental portfolio and communicate with tenants as you choose
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and fix errors
• Respond to support requests and legal obligations where applicable

Where data is stored

Data is stored using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions) on infrastructure operated by Google. Data may be processed in regions where Firebase operates. See Firebase Privacy and Google Privacy Policy.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:

• With service providers that help run the App (e.g. Google/Firebase as data processors)
• When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
• With others if you direct us to (for example, information you enter about tenants is visible to you and users you authorize in the App)

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your authentication account and data associated with your owner account as described on our account deletion page. Backup copies, if any, are purged on our provider’s normal backup cycle (typically within 30 days).

Your choices and rights

• Update your profile in the App where available.
• Delete your owner account and associated data in More → Settings → Delete account & data, or contact molak.app@gmail.com.
• Request access or correction by emailing us with your account email or phone number.

Security

We use industry-standard measures through Firebase (encrypted connections, access rules, authentication). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use a strong device lock and keep your sign-in credentials private.

International users

If you use the App from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries with different data protection laws.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.

حسب استخدامك للتطبيق، قد نجمع أو نخزّن:

• بيانات الحساب: رقم الهاتف و/أو البريد الإلكتروني لتسجيل الدخول (عبر Firebase Authentication)، الاسم، اسم الشركة، ومعرّف المالك.
• بيانات إدارة العقار: العقارات، الوحدات، أسماء المستأجرين وبيانات التواصل، مبالغ الإيجار وسجلات الدفع، طلبات الصيانة، الملاحظات، وملفات العقود التي ترفعها.
• بيانات الموقع (اختياري): إحداثيات الخريطة التي تختارها عند تحديد موقع العقار.
• بيانات الجهاز والتطبيق: معلومات لأمان تسجيل الدخول (Firebase App Check)، التفضيلات المحلية، والإشعارات المحلية المجدولة على جهازك.

لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات من أطفال دون 13 عاماً. التطبيق مخصّص لأصحاب العقارات والمستخدمين المصرّح لهم.

كيف نستخدم المعلومات

نستخدم معلوماتك من أجل:

• تقديم التطبيق وتشغيله (تسجيل الدخول، المزامنة، التخزين، الإشعارات التي تفعّلها)
• إدارة محفظة الإيجار والتواصل مع المستأجرين كما تختار
• الأمان ومنع إساءة الاستخدام وإصلاح الأخطاء
• الرد على طلبات الدعم والالتزامات القانونية عند الاقتضاء

أين تُخزَّن البيانات

تُخزَّن البيانات باستخدام خدمات Google Firebase (المصادقة، Firestore، التخزين السحابي، والدوال السحابية) على بنية تشغّلها Google. قد تُعالَج البيانات في مناطق تشغيل Firebase. راجع خصوصية Firebase وسياسة خصوصية Google.

المشاركة

لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية. نشارك البيانات فقط:

• مع مزوّدي الخدمة لتشغيل التطبيق (مثل Google/Firebase كمعالجين للبيانات)
• عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة والأمن
• مع آخرين إذا وجّهتنا لذلك (مثل بيانات المستأجرين التي تدخلها وتظهر لك وللمستخدمين المصرّح لهم في التطبيق)

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. عند حذف الحساب، نزيل حساب المصادقة والبيانات المرتبطة بحساب المالك كما في صفحة حذف الحساب. تُزال النسخ الاحتياطية، إن وُجدت، ضمن دورة النسخ الاحتياطي المعتادة (عادة خلال 30 يوماً).

خياراتك وحقوقك

• تحديث ملفك الشخصي في التطبيق حيث يتوفر ذلك.
• حذف حساب المالك والبيانات من المزيد ← الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب والبيانات، أو عبر molak.app@gmail.com.
• طلب الوصول أو التصحيح بالبريد مع بريد أو هاتف حسابك.

الأمان

نستخدم إجراءات معيارية عبر Firebase (اتصالات مشفّرة، قواعد وصول، مصادقة). لا توجد طريقة نقل أو تخزين آمنة بنسبة 100%؛ استخدم قفلاً قوياً للجهاز وحافظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول.

المستخدمون دولياً

إذا استخدمت التطبيق من خارج بلد استضافة خوادمنا، قد تُنقل معلوماتك وتُعالَج في دول ذات قوانين حماية بيانات مختلفة.

التغييرات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سننشر النسخة الجديدة على هذه الصفحة ونحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث». الاستمرار بعد التغييرات يعني قبول السياسة المحدّثة.
