Molak Owner – Delete your account and data

Delete in the app

Account deletion is available inside the app for signed-in owners (landlords). It applies only to your account—not other users.

  1. Open Molak Owner on your device.
  2. Sign in as an Owner (phone SMS or email).
  3. Go to MoreSettings.
  4. Tap Delete account & data, read the confirmation, then tap Delete permanently.

If deletion fails for security reasons, sign out, sign in again (for example with SMS), then try once more.

What is deleted

When you complete deletion, we permanently remove:

This action cannot be undone. Other Molak Owner accounts are not affected.

What we keep

After successful deletion, we do not retain your account or the app data listed above for ongoing use. Residual copies in automated backups, if any, are removed on our hosting provider’s normal backup cycle (typically within 30 days).

Tenant accounts

Tenants sign in with credentials set by their landlord. Tenants should ask their landlord to remove their tenant record, or delete the landlord’s owner account if they are closing the portfolio. Tenant portal sign-in alone does not offer a self-service “delete all data” option in the app.

Cannot access the app?

Email molak.app@gmail.com from the address or phone on your owner account and request account deletion. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days. See also our support page and privacy policy.
